Two things reach us from this site: analytics and email you send us.
The analytics record which pages you open, which page or search result sent you here, which links you follow, how long each page stays on your screen, and any text you copy. Each record also carries your browser language, time zone, and window size.
If you email us, we keep what you write while we deal with it.
Any request to any website carries an IP address and a browser version string. We store the address with the page view, along with the approximate location it maps to.
We also record which network the address belongs to. From an office connection that names the organisation, and from a home connection it names the internet provider.
We do not use any of it to identify individual people, and we do not match it against anything else we hold.
Using this site means the analytics described above are recorded.
Standard browser privacy tools block them. The site works normally without them.
Clearing site data in your browser removes both identifiers described below.

Two random identifiers. One marks a single visit and ends when you close the tab. The other stays in your browser, so a later visit is recognisable as coming from the same device.
If you arrived from a campaign link, the tags in that link are kept for the visit.
We set no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to other sites.
The site loads no third-party scripts, advertising tags, or embedded players. Fonts, images, and video all come from this domain.
To see which pages get read and which do not.
We do not build profiles of visitors, target advertising, or try to identify you.
We do not sell or trade any of it. It is shared only where running the site requires it, or where the law does.
Analytics records are kept while they remain useful and are reviewed periodically. Email is kept while the matter it concerns is open.
The site is served over HTTPS. We use industry-standard safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
This website is not directed to children and is intended for use in professional, business, and educational contexts.
