AWPBI is a management and technology firm for the industrial sector. We plan work, manage information, and build the software that makes both stick.
AWPBI started in the field.
Before there was a product, there were years of workface planning, advanced work packaging, and information management on heavy industrial projects: developing installation work packages, standing up reporting portals for teams of hundreds, facilitating the path of construction workshops where engineering, procurement, and construction finally sit at one table.
The software came from the same place. Every tool we ship (openAWP, 3D for Power BI, 3D for Excel, and the free visuals and connectors around them) exists because we needed it on a project and could not buy it. We still work that way: our consultants are in project org charts today, and what they learn in the field is what our products become.
